SALE OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE	SALE OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE In connection with the spin-off of its Jeans business, VF terminated its agreement with the financial institution to sell trade accounts receivable on a recurring, non-recourse basis. As of December 2019, the Company had no outstanding amounts related to accounts receivable previously sold to the financial institution and no other obligations or liabilities related to the agreement.
