SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 25, 2022, VF repaid the remaining $500.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 2.050% Senior Notes due April 2022, in accordance with the terms of the notes.
On May 17, 2022, VF’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on June 21, 2022 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2022.
