Note W — Subsequent Events VF's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.72 per share, payable on March 19, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 9, 2012. The Board of Directors also granted approximately 860,000 stock options, 200,000 performance-based RSUs and 5,500 shares of restricted VF Common Stock at market value. |
