Four VF Associates Named to DiversityMBA Top 100 Under 50 List
DiversityMBA, a national leadership organization integrating diversity and inclusion with talent management, selected the following VF associates for its annual list of Top 100 under 50 emerging and executive leaders:
- Omorlie Harris, Vice President, Treasurer, VF
- Kenney Baker, Director, Internal Audit, Global Business Practice, HR Ethics and Compliance, VF
- Lauren Guthrie, Senior Director, Regional Merchandising, The North Face®
- Martin Swindell, Senior Director, Corporate Development, VF
This is the third year that VF associates have made the list. DiversityMBA selected the associates from more than 350 nominees representing a broad spectrum of companies across the globe. The award is unique in that recipients can only achieve it once and must have an advanced degree or certification.
“Our continued recognition by DiversityMBA reinforces that the actions we’re taking inside and outside the company matters,” said Reginald Miller, VF’s Senior Director, Inclusion & Diversity. “At VF, diversity strengthens us, not only from a work perspective, but in our culture, too. We’re proud of our four associates who were named to the list.”
DiversityMBA recently recognized VF’s associates and other recipients during its 12th Annual Elite Business Leaders Conference & Awards Gala in Chicago. The conference featured speakers, seminars and networking opportunities, including an Executive Women’s Plenary Panel Discussion. Harris joined the panel alongside executives from Clorox, Google and Greenville Health System to share her perspectives on workplace diversity and inclusion.
