The program is inclusive and open to all employees, regardless of whether they personally identify with the specific focus of the group. BCs are meant to empower every member of our workforce with additional opportunities for connection (a sense of belonging) and growth (personal and professional development opportunities), creating a workplace where everyone, irrespective of their background, feels valued, heard, and integral to our vibrant culture.
