We are committed to building and maintaining a workplace at VF that celebrates the diversity of our associates regardless of gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, world view, abilities, age, sexual orientation, or other aspects of identity, and celebrate them as they bring their unique selves to work every day.
FY2023 Environmental & Social Responsibility ReportElevating inclusion, diversity and equity means aligning our strategy with our overall purpose to create a culture of belonging that encourages associates to thrive. This strategy serves as our roadmap and is focused on three key pillars.
Our leaders at VF are advocates and allies for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action, and we are proud of them. They are using their voices to set our strategic direction through four councils:
Currently, we have four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with 20+ chapters across the globe that help us cultivate an inclusive culture.
They create a safe space for learning and dialogue about underrepresented groups, establishing a sense of community amongst associates and providing platforms to collect and share insights to support business imperatives.
A multicultural group focused on building an inclusive culture by providing opportunities for associates to connect with one another, build leadership capabilities and foster a sense of community for our Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) associates.
Focused on promoting women’s leadership, attracting and retaining the best female talent and building a community of safe and honest dialogue. There are nine chapters across the organization.
Focused on creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies that supports and enhances authenticity and individuality. This ERG connects, engages, and empowers the VF Pride community.
Serves as a resource by creating a welcoming environment to veterans who are transitioning to the civilian workforce, to ensure professional development, and to support VF associates who have family members currently serving in the Armed Forces.
Our ongoing partnerships with organizations are helping to lead the way in I&D.
