VF powered positive change recently as sponsor of the Colorado Classic, the first women’s-only pro-cycling event. Sixteen teams took on the 220-mile course which wound its way through the mountains and urban terrain of Steamboat Springs, Avon, Golden and Denver.

This was an opportunity for VF to introduce itself to Coloradans. Nine VF brands and numerous associates joined the effort to present four days of fun and excitement.

“With our move to Colorado, we are focused on finding ways to embed ourselves in this great community and help Coloradans learn who we are and what we stand for as One VF,” said Anita Graham, VF Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and Public Affairs.

“This is more than a race. It’s a movement for women’s empowerment — just the type of movement that we want to support to power positive changes in our society.”
