Read VF’s Inclusion & Diversity Annual Profile 2020 VF’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action Policy StatementWe are proud of our leaders who are advocates and allies for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action. They are using their voices to set our strategic direction through four Councils:
Currently, we have four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with 15 global chapters that comprise associates who turn individual differences into insights and capabilities that fuel growth for the business.
Our ERGs enhance our culture of belonging by creating a safe space for learning and dialogue about underrepresented groups, establishing a sense of community amongst associates and providing platforms to collect and share insights to support business imperatives.
A Multicultural group focused on building an inclusive culture by providing opportunities for associates to connect with one another, build leadership capabilities and foster a sense of community for our BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) associates.
