Conference Call/Web Cast Will Be Held

GREENSBORO, N.C.-- VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) announced today that it will report its first quarter results on Friday, April 27, 2012. The company will hold a conference call and web cast the same day at 8:30 a.m. EST, which will be broadcast live via www.vfc.com.

VF Chairman, President and CEO Eric Wiseman and Bob Shearer, Senior Vice President and CFO, will lead the call and discuss VF’s first quarter results. Also participating on the call will be Group Presidents Karl Heinz Salzburger, Steve Rendle and Scott Baxter.

A replay of the conference call will be available from April 27 through May 4, 2012. To access the telephone replay, participants should dial 877-870-5176 for domestic calls and 858-384-5517 for international calls. The access code for the replay is 8189534.
