Retail Apprentices Advance into Corporate Roles
Seven VF retail associates have successfully advanced into full-time corporate positions through VF's “Powering Potential Retail Apprenticeship Program.” The year-long apprenticeship gives participants the opportunity to develop new skills and receive training from seasoned teams. Hear from Learning & Development Senior Manager, Nicolle Johnson, who leads the program, along with McKenna Gamroth and Le Nguyen, two graduates who were hired at Timberland® and The North Face® respectively.
