VF is one of only 19 Legal departments in the U.S. to receive Mansfield Certification in 2020 – a certification that guarantees that underrepresented candidates including women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals with disabilities are considered in the hiring process. Kellye Gordon, Vice President of Ethics and Compliance and Legal Operations, shares the significance of this certification, and how the VF Legal Team went beyond the requirement by including at least 50% underrepresented candidates for every new hire in the department.
